The small fridge was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, and I’d be remiss not to mention how comfy the bed was. Found a killer diner called Prairie Pizza just down the road for solid local eats! Their smoked guinea fowl is legendary!
Unfortunately, the room smelled musty, the door wouldn’t lock, and there were more flies than I could count. Looked like a remodel was in progress but not ready for guests. Left after 15 minutes, swatted at least 11 flies, and encountered a total runaround with the refund.

The door wouldn’t lock and the AC leaked water onto the carpet. The shower had barely any hot water, and wifi was nearly useless. Breakfast options were minimal, consisting of packaged snacks, with the breakfast area needing a serious clean, and the presence of numerous flies added to the discomfort.
